Arts in the Tawe Valley was set up in 2015 by a group of artists based in the upper Swansea valley to promote artists and make this area a place of artistic excellence to encourage visitors and buyers. During the first year and a successful first Arts Week, we currently have over 40 members and many of us are surprised by the number of artists working in such a small location. By bringing artists together we not only encourage networking, cooperative promotion and affordable gallery space, but also to combat the isolation of working on our own.
